producing High Level Designs for the Provisioning Application Layer (PAL)

configuration files to be loaded into the Cisco routers at both the customer
premises as well as at the transport level. In the course of the project I
was called upon to produce not only designs but also to produce xml schema to
hand off to the developers for coding. ·

solutions based upon customer needs to allow global searches of Cisco router

and produced an internal customer wiki for Use as a document sharing system,
customer education system and user reference area. This saved an enormous
amount of engineering time that was normally spent searching for
